Privacy Policy

Draft notice: this is a starting template scoped to what this site and ClarityPath Light actually collect today. It is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review and adapt it — especially the sections on payment data and international transfers — before you accept real payments or process buyer data at scale.

What we collect

When you submit the contact or "Start Free" form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, role, and any message you include. If you sign up for or use ClarityPath, we (or your employer, as the account owner) may collect content-engagement data, CRM data you choose to sync (such as buying-role fields, opportunity stage, and contact records), and webhook or tracked-link activity, solely to power the product's coverage-gap, next-best-action, and content-scoring features.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and reliability purposes.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, provision access to ClarityPath, provide customer support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share buyer or CRM data synced into ClarityPath with any third party except the sub-processors listed below, and only as needed to operate the service.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and the product: Netlify (hosting and form submissions), and, once available, a payment processor (such as Stripe or Lemon Squeezy) to handle subscription billing — we do not store your card details ourselves. If you connect a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) to ClarityPath, data flows directly between your CRM and ClarityPath under your own CRM's permissions; we do not resell or repurpose that data for any other customer.

Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions and account data for as long as needed to provide the service or respond to your inquiry, and delete it on request (see below) unless we're required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@pitchlayer.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we'll honor applicable requests to the extent required.

Cookies

This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for consent first.
